Voice Capture
eScript Online's transcription process encompasses capturing doctor's dictation using a Dictaphone or toll free dial in server (Recorded dictation will be stored as a voice file and uploaded in to our FTP server) . Dictation systems we use are available at 24x7 access and allow you to dictate from anywhere and at anytime using a cell phone or a Touch-tone phone.

We offer multiple options for dictation at your convenience which embrace PDA recording, Toll free dial up line, Digital recording.

PDA – Doctors dictate and save their voice files on PDA. Then PDA is synced with the computer to transmit the file to the transcriptionist.

Digital recording – Dictations are given through a digital recorder, and then the voice files are to be uploaded to the FTP server and sent for processing by the transcriptionists.

Toll free dial up line – Dictation is given through telephone by using toll free number, the recorded voice files are sent to the transcriptionists for processing.
